Participant Waiver & Release

Thank you for joining Walk Every Street Pacific Grove! We're a community who gets together each week to explore our town, get to know our neighbors, and stay healthy — and we're so excited to have you along.

By signing below, I understand and agree to the following:

• I am joining these walks voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. Walking outdoors involves everyday risks — uneven surfaces, traffic, weather, and other things beyond anyone's control. I accept these risks as my own.

• I will not hold the Group, its organizers, volunteers, or fellow participants responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with a Group walk, for any reason.

• I am responsible for my own health and wellbeing. I confirm I am physically able to participate, and I understand the Group does not provide medical assistance.

• I also give permission for the Group to photograph or share images from walks on social media or for community purposes.
